Magnifi Group Selected to Present at the Computer Simulation in Medicine Symposium, Montreal

 

SAN DIEGO – February 19, 2007 – Magnifi Group, considered by many industry observers to be one of the most innovative technology companies within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, today announced it has been invited by the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) to present at the upcoming symposium on Computer Simulation in Medicine (CompMed) to be held in Montreal on May 16-17, 2007.

The symposium will focus on the development and use of virtual technologies for surgical training and rehearsal, as well as conceptual design of medical devices. Co-supported by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), the symposium will provide a forum for industry, medical practitioners and researchers to interact and learn about advancements in computer simulation and its direct applications to medicine.
