What is the average implementation time?
A hosted solution takes 5 days to implement. This includes training of the designated Client personnel.
What training is provided?
Included in the project implementation fee is up to 24 hours of training. This training is provided in an online Training LMS which is a mirror image of the live LMS. The training is conducted by our in-house experts either virtually or in person. The system also contains a comprehensive Help function.
Who is involved in an implementation?
Magnifi’s senior software development team and project manager ensure that the system is implemented according to plan. The Client’s designated Training Adminstrator(s) will have to be trained.
