Description of MAG10™ Technology - Proprietary technology known as MAG10™ Technology (referred to as the “Technology”) and the intellectual property rights associated therewith including but not limited to trade secrets and copyrights is wholly and exclusively owned by Magnifi Group, Inc. (referred to as “Magnifi”). The Technology is protected by US copyright law, trade secret law, and international treaty. The Technology enables users to render objects for in 3D that can be manipulated with a mouse throughout the animation sequence. The animation sequence can be incorporated into a PowerPoint format and also displayed on the internet.
Non-Infringement/No Challenge to the Technology – By accessing this website, you understand and expressly agree that you have no right to and shall not reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, decompress, or modify the sample of work on this website or the Technology. Furthermore, you shall not recreate the sample of work or the Technology or create any derivative work or other manipulation (“Manipulations”). Creating any such Manipulations shall be an infringement of US copyright law, trade secret law, and international treaty and shall allow Magnifi to seek immediate legal and equitable relief in the form of a temporary, permanent injunction, or any other appropriate relief. At no time shall you challenge the validity of the intellectual property rights in the Technology, including any patent, copyright, or trademark rights.
In the event you elect to license rights to the MAG10™ Technology, your rights and obligations shall be specified in a binding written client agreement that shall supercede all information presented on this website or made available through any other source.
