The hosted solution provides all of the hardware, software and Internet bandwidth required to deliver the Communications modules listed below.

Reviews

Materials for Healthcare Professional review can be uploaded to the Review section of the Communications Portal. The relevant group of Healthcare Professionals will then receive an email notification that the materials are available. They will then log in to the web based system and select the material to be reviewed. Review material can be interactive 3D animations, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, Video files and/or Flash presentations. Feedback is then provided through the Forum or by utilizing the MAG10 Interactive Content Bookmarks function.

Forum

Healthcare Professionals can post content and comments pertaining to pre-determined topics in the Communications Portal Forum. This information can then be viewed by other Healthcare Professionals who can provide their own response in the form of new content, audio commentary and/or text. The Forum can also be used for the Company to post information on new products.

Calendaring System

The Calendaring System allows the Company to electronically schedule events and meetings with Healthcare Professionals. Healthcare Professionals’ responses to these invites are tracked, reminders are automatically sent and any event changes are communicated.

Message Board

Messages can be posted for specific Healthcare Professional groups regarding new clinical information, special events, speaking engagements, etc. A system generated email notification can be sent to the designated Company representative when a posted message is viewed. The Message Board interfaces with the Calendaring System.

Chat Room

The Chat Room facilitates dialogue among Healthcare Professionals regarding Company driven topics including cases, new surgical techniques and product design. When Healthcare Professionals log on to the system they can immediately see who else is online and initiate a dialogue on a specific product, technique, surgical case or latest indications. The finished dialogue is catalogued and can be viewed by the Company COMMUNICATIONS PORTAL administrator. This area can also be utilized by designated Company Representatives to interact with Healthcare Professionals.

Webinars

Webinars can be hosted on the Communications Portal providing a mechanism for launching new products and surgical techniques. Webinars can be recorded and archived.

Library

The Communications Portal has a Library where both the Company and/or Healthcare Professionals can upload files. These files can be made available in the general area, in restricted areas or in Healthcare Professional specific areas. The intended recipients of these files are all notified of their availability. Supported file types include MAG10 Interactive 3D content, PowerPoint, PDF, Flash, animation files, audio files and video files.

Print on Demand

A Print on Demand Area will give Healthcare Professionals the ability to access and print designated product materials. A system generated email notification can be sent to a Company representative when a document is selected for print.

News Room

The Communications Portal will be populated with the latest news made available by the Company.
