The average lead time for a project is 8-10 weeks. However, lead times can often be shorter than the average in an effort to meet specific trade shows, conference or product launch deadlines.
Project Reviews
Magnifi believes in multiple client reviews throughout a project's progress. This is key to client satisfaction. Our methodology for the review process is well tested and proven, which in turn eliminates project delays.
The models, animation, and placement of instruments are scheduled for review with the client at key stages to confirm that each component is properly aligned. Storyboards are part of the initial stage to give clients an early visual of the Magnifi vision of their surgical techniques.
Frequency of visits with the client are determined upon complexity of the project. MAG
is browser-based, allowing for remote access by our clients for project stage reviews without having to incur travel expenses. Conference calls are regularly set up to discuss project status or changes to the project's scope. For expedience, our preferred location for in-person meetings is our headquarters' in San Diego, but Magnifi is not opposed to traveling to a client's office. Quality Assurance
On completion of a project Magnifi conducts a rigorous quality assurance process, testing every function of the project on all the designated platforms and operating systems.
