Methodology

Magnifi adheres to a customer service focused project management methodology.  Magnifi's dedicated project management team works with our Clients to maximize resources and push projects to completion, on time and on budget. 

Review Process

There are two Client review stages for each primary project deliverable thereby ensuring that all Client feedback is incorporated into the end product. 

Online Project Management System

Magnifi utilizes a web-based project management system which allows project managers and clients to work collaboratively on projects, ensuring effective communication and time management.  The system provides our Clients with a one stop location to access all project related information including project plans, reviews and communications.

Project Management Process and Timeline

The following is the Project Management process and timeline for building MAG10 Interactive 3D Animations:

Week 1:

Project kickoff – a call or meeting takes place where the project expectations are reviewed, delivery dates are finalized and project deliverables are outlined.
Internal meeting – Magnifi project team reviews the project specifications
Project Plan – a comprehensive project plan is built and uploaded to the online project management system.

Week 2 -3

Modeling – the project animator builds all the required models utilizing existing inventory and Client supplied resources.
Storyboard – an animation storyboard is built and provided to the Client for review.
Reviews – Client provides feedback on all models and the storyboard.

Week 4

Voice Over Script – the Client provides Magnifi with the regulatory approved animation voice over. Voice talent samples are provided to the Client for selection.
Voice Over Recording – recording sessions are conducted with the Client either on site or listening in via telephone.

Week 5 - 6

Animations – once the models and storyboard have been approved and the Voice Over has been recorded the Magnifi team begins animating the project.

Week 7 – 9

Animation reviews – Client provides feedback on the animation.

Weeks 8 - 10

Final Approval – after final approval the animation is prepared for deployment.

Deployment of completed projects

Magnifi’s project management role does not end on final approval of the animation. We are actively involved in the deployment process and provide our Clients with all the tools necessary to ensure they obtain the maximum return on their investment.

These tools facilitate a variety of deployment options, including:
Magnifi assists the Client with deployment.

  • Website – animations are hosted on the Client website for viewing purposes only.
  • Downloadable versions – these are hosted on a customized, secure location on the Magnifi website. Authorized individuals can download a copy directly to their hard drives. Downloadable versions can also be hosted on the Client website.
  • PowerPoint Presentations – a PowerPoint ready version can also be provided in a downloadable format.
  • Training and Education Systems – animations can be integrated directly into the MAG10 Learning Management System or the majority of other learning systems.
  • CD/DVD – the Client receives a Master disk suitable for duplication
  • Flash Memory Drives – animations can be saved onto USB Flash Memory Drives in a non-erasable format.

Our Project Management team works with our Clients to customize a deployment plan that suits their specific needs.
